I like it! :D It looks like a real writing system but totally different from any that I actually know.
Also, I wouldn't worry too much about numbers being too similar to letters:
1 l
2 Z
3 E
5 S
6 b
8 B
0 O
...and then there's the crazy Romans!
Also a good number of numerics systems seem to be literally just counting. 1 is one bar, 2 is two bars, 3 is three bars, etc.
